血液透析血管通路的临床应用现状分析 被引量:65

摘要 随着人口老龄化进程加速,世界范围内慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的发病率逐年上升。2014年美国肾脏病数据系统(United States Renal Data System,USRDS)资料显示,目前美国成人CKD的患病率为13.6%,其中终末期肾脏病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)的患病率为0.14%,较2000年增长约40%。我国流行病学研究显示2012年中国成人CKD的患病率为10.8%,肾脏替代治疗患者人数以每年11%以上的速度递增。
