Training of health informatics professionals in foreign countries and its enlightenments

医疗卫生改革和卫生信息化对我国卫生信息学领域的人才培养提出了更多、更高和更紧迫的要求。介绍了美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大等国家的卫生信息领域人才的培养方式,卫生信息领域的职业定位及相关职业的能力需求和知识结构,探讨了面向学术型和专业型人才的交叉培养方式,对我国卫生信息学人才培养有一定的启示。

Medical and health reform and health informationization have posed more urgent and higher demands on the training of health informatics professionals in China. Described in this paper are thus the training of health in-formatics professionals in USA, Britain, Australia, Canada, and the career positing, related ability and knowledge structure of health informatics professionals, and the enlightenments of the combined academic type and professionaltype training methods on the training of health informatics professionals in China.
