培育新型职业农民是我国农业转型的关键,也是发展现代农业的必经之路。新型职业农民是指以农业作为主要经济来源,具有先进知识、农业生产经营管理技能、善合作、能创新、有高度社会责任感、懂市场的高素质农民。与传统农民相比,新型职业农民具有观念新、素质高、职业性等特点。新型职业农民的培养应从加强师资队伍建设、优化培育模式、加强教育培训体系建设、加强法律法规保障及优惠政策支持等方面努力。

Cultivating new professional farmers is the key to the transforming agriculture in our country, and it is also essential to develop modern agriculture. New professional farmers refer to those who regard agriculture as a primary source, with advanced knowledge, agricultural production and operation management skills, good cooperation, innovation, highly social responsibility, and understand the market system. Compared with the traditional farmers, the new professional farmers have new features, such as new concept, high quality, profession, etc. The cultivation of the new type of professional farmers should strengthen the construction of teacher team, optimize the cultivating patterns, strengthen the construction of education training system, strengthen laws and regulations safeguard and preferential policy support, etc.
