摘要
生态系统理论将职业院校教师成长放置于一个综合、复杂、交互的生态环境中。从微观、中间、外层、宏观等四个由内向外延展的差序系统分析教师成长的关键环境要素及其作用机制,可以为促进职业院校教师成长提供更广阔的视野和更整合的路径。
Ecosystem theory places the growth of vocational schools' teachers in an integrated, complex and interactive environment.From four sequence systems such as the micro system, the middle system, the outside system and the macro system, the key environmental factors and their roles in the growth of vocational schools' teachers are analyzed in this paper, which can provide a broader perspective and a more integrated way to promote the growth of vocational schools' teachers.
