摘要
职业技能竞赛具有创新教育的功能,但在实施过程中两者缺乏统一性。以河源职业技术学院探索技能竞赛与创新教育统筹管理的实践为案例,介绍了依托技能竞赛平台培养高职学生创新能力的设计思路、实施举措和实际效果。
Vocational skill competition has innovation education function, but they are lack of unity in the implementation process.By taking the integrated management of Heyuan Polytechnic College as as an example, the paper introduces design ideas,implementation measures and effects of relying on the skills competition platform to develop the students＇ innovative ability for higher vocational colleges.
