造价管理是公路工程项目管理的重点,贯穿于公路工程建设的全生命周期中。由于公路工程具备明显的阶段性特点,所以可通过实施全过程造价管理模式,强化对公路工程造价的有效控制。论文从全生命周期的角度,对公路工程在决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的全过程造价管理模式的具体实施进行探讨。

The cost management is the key point of the highway engineering project management, throughout the whole life cycle of the highway engineering construction. As the highway engineering has obvious characteristics, it can be implemented through the whole process of cost management mode, strengthen the effective cost control of highway engineering. In this paper, the whole life cycle of the highway engineering in the decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage, completion stage of the whole process of the implementation of cost management mode.
