燃煤电站清洁深度余热利用系统优化分析 被引量:3

Optimized Analysis of Clean Depth Waste Heat Utilization System in Coal-fired Power Plant

摘要 随着近年来能源价格的不断攀升以及节能减排政策性要求的日益严格,不断提高电站效率、降低机组发电煤耗、减少对外排放成为今后我国火力发电行业的发展重点。针对锅炉尾部烟道特点和污染物脱除装置工作特性,提出了一种回收尾部烟道烟气余热的同时兼顾污染物脱除效率的清洁深度余热利用系统。结合国内某典型1000 MW机组,对系统进行了详细的热力计算和火用分析,评价了系统的可行性和节能效果,结果表明该系统具有优异的节能效果,同时能够显著提高污染物的脱除效率,具有很高的经济价值和环境效益,为电站的设计与改造提供了设计思路与理论分析借鉴。 In recent years, as a consequence of the rapidly increasing energy price and more and more stringent energy-saving and emission reduction policies, corresponding measures are taken by the majority of the coal-fired plants in China, including improving the power plant efficiency, reducing the unit standard coal consumption rate as well as pollutants emissions. According to the characteristics of the boiler's tail flue and pollutant removal devices work, we put forward a kind of clean depth waste heat utilization system, which can recycle waste heat of the tail flue gas and improve efficiency of pollutant removal. Combined with a typical domestic 1000MW unit, carry out the detailed thermodynamic calculation and exergy analysis on the system, evaluate the feasibility of system and energy saving effect. It tumed out that the system has good energy saving effect, can significantly improve the efficiency of removal pollutants, and has the very high economic value and environmental benefits. It provides design ideas and theory analysis to the power plant design and transformation.
