单剂量MTX治疗输卵管妊娠临床价值及妊娠结局的相关因素观察

Observation on Factors Associated with Pregnancy Outcome and Clinical Value of Single-dose MTX for Tubal Pregnancy

目的研究单剂量甲氨碟呤(MTX)治疗输卵管妊娠临床价值及妊娠结局的相关因素。方法回顾性分析接诊的300例使用单剂量的MTX治疗的输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料。结果患者的β-h CG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)浓度越低,患者通过单剂量MTX治疗的成功率就越高;治疗后成功组的β-h CG含量也低于失败组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单剂量MTX治疗输卵管妊娠有较好的临床价值,高β-h CG的含量、大的异位妊娠包块、妊娠时间长是单剂量MTX治疗输卵管妊娠失败的主要危险因素,对上述患者施行单剂量MTX治疗输卵管妊娠需谨慎。

Objective To study the factors associated with pregnancy outcome and clinical value of single-dose MTX for tubal pregnancy. Methods It retrospectively analyzed 300 cases who were using a single dose of MTX of the clinical data of patients with tubal pregnancy. Results The higher the density of patients＇ β-hCG（ human chorionic gonadotropin） was,the higher the success rate of treatment under single dose would be; after the treatment,the β-hCG of success group was higher than the failure group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion MTX treatment for tubal pregnancy had good clinical value,high levels of β-hCG,the great mass of ectopic pregnancy and longer pregnancy were major risk factors,it needed to be cautious about MTX treatment for these patients.
