NT-BNP在心衰合并慢性肾功能不全诊断中的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of NT-BNP in Patients with Heart Failure Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的研究氨基末端脑钠肽（NT-BNP）在心衰合并慢性肾功能不全诊断中的临床意义。方法将2012-04-2014-04间在中山坦洲医院进行治疗的140例心衰合并慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究组,选取140例心衰患者作为对照1组,140例体检正常的志愿者作为对照2组,分析比较3组人群的NT-BNP水平。结果研究组和对照1组NT-BNP水平明显高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组NT-BNP水平明显高于对照1组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组各级心功能患者NT-BNP水平明显高于对照1组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 NT-BNP能够作为检测心衰合并慢性肾功能不全的重要指标,临床意义非常重大,值得应用和推广。

Objective To study the clinical significance of NT-BNP in patients with heart failure chronic renal insufficiency. Methods 140 cases heart failure chronic renal insufficiency from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were treated as the study group,140 cases of heart failure patients were treated as the control group Ⅰ,140 cases of physical examination of normal volunteers were treated as control group Ⅱ. It analyzed and compared the NT-BNP levels of three groups patients. Results NT-BNP level of the study group and the control group Ⅰ were significantly higher than the control group Ⅱ,compared the three groups,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; NT-BNP in the study group was significantly higher than the control group Ⅰ,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; NT-BNP levels in patients at all levels of cardiac function in the study group were significantly higher than the control group Ⅰ. It compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion NT-BNP could be used as an important indicator to detect chronic renal insufficiency complicated by heart failure disease. The clinical significance was very important,which was worth the long-term application and promotion.
