宫颈癌及癌前病变患者梅毒抗体及白细胞分类检测分析

Analysis of syphilis antibody and leukocyte classification in cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion population

目的探讨病毒感染及常规免疫与宫颈癌及癌前病变之间的相关性。方法对江苏省盐城市某医院2011年9月至2013年9月住院的260例宫颈癌及癌前病变患者及其对照的病毒感染及血液学相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果宫颈癌及癌前病变患者与对照组的梅毒阳性率分别为4.6%、0.8%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,病例组患者的中性粒细胞、单核细胞百分比明显降低,淋巴细胞比例明显增高,血清白蛋白水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌及癌前病变的发生与梅毒感染可能具有相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between virus infection,routine immunization and cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesions.Methods Regression analysis was applied to analyze virus infection and hematology relevant clinical data of 260 cases with cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesions from 2011 to 2013in a hospital in Yancheng city,Jiangsu province.Results The positive rate of syphilis in patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and the control group were 4.6%and 0.8%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;compared with control group,the proportion of neutrophils and monocytes were significantly decrease,the proportion of lymphocytes was increase,albumin levels decreased,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Syphilis infection may be correlated with cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesions.
