A Multidimensional Comparative Study On The Rapid Urbanization Process Of The Typical Developed Countries

城镇化的国际比较研究对我国城镇化的发展有一定指导意义。针对我国快速城镇化所呈现的阶段性特点,选取英国、美国、日本的快速城镇化历程作为研究对象,通过对三者的总体特征及产业、人口、布局、资源等多维度比较,探究三者的快速城镇化模式及其在某个维度上呈现的多样性和相关性。最后结合新型城镇化的要求,总结对我国城镇化的启示。

The research of international comparison about urbanization has an instructive meaning for our development of urbanization, To the stage characteristics of our rapid urbanization, U.K, U,S.A and Japan＇ s rapid urbanizations have been selected to be the research objects. Through the comparisons of the general characteristic and the dimensions on industry, human, distribution and resources about urbanization, the mode of urbanization, the diversity and the correlation on some dimensions will be found. Finally, combining with the requirement of new urbanization, our urbanization will get some experiences.
