建立了 2 羟基喹口恶啉的高效液相色谱分析方法 ,流动相 :pH =5 ,甲醇 +水 (V/V) =30 +70 ,在UV - 2 80nm下用外标法进行测定 ,方法精密度为 0 2 5 ,变异系数为 0 2 5 % ,回收率在 99 6%～ 10 0 .
A method was developed for determination of 2 hydroxyquioxaline by HPLC. The sample was detected on ODS column taking methanol and water of 30∶70 (v/v) as mobil phase at UV-280nm, the precision was 0.25 with RSD 0.25% and the recovery 99.6%～100.9%.
