摘要 目的:观察高血压合并糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血压、同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白水平的变化.方法:选择2013年7月-2015年5月在某院心内科接受治疗的131例高血压病患者做为研究对象,并将其分为高血压合并糖尿病组75例(实验组)和单纯高血压患者56例(对照组),分别比较血糖、血脂、血压、同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白水平.结果:实验组FBG、2hPG、Hcy、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C、24hSBP、dSBP和nSBP测定水平均高于对照组(P 〈0.05);而HDL-C水平低于对照组(P 〈0.05).结论:高血压合并糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血压、同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白等指标均与单纯高血压患者存在明显不同,初步推测它们可作为高血压和糖尿病发生发展和靶器官损害的共同危险因素. Objective:To observe the changes of blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein's level of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:Select 131 cases of hypertension patients treated in a hospital during the period from July 2013 to May 2015 as subjects.Divide them into hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus group of 75cases(experiment group)and pure hypertension group of 56cases(control group).Compare blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein's level.Results:The level of FBG,2hPG,Hcy,hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C,24 hSBP,dSBP and nSBP in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the level of HDL-C in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein's level of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus patients all differ significantly from those of pure hypertension patients.It can be inferred that these indexes are risk factors to both the development of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus and the damage of target organ.
