低分子肝素的药理分析及临床应用研究

The Pharmaceutical Analysis and Clinical Application Study of Low Molecular Weight Heparin

目的：研究低分子肝素药理作用与临床应用效果.方法：研究对象取2014年4月-2015年4月某院不稳定性心绞痛、深静脉血栓、溃疡性结肠炎、糖尿病肾病共150例,依照临床治疗方式不同将其分两组.75例为常规治疗,设为对照组;研究组治疗方式为低分子肝素,共75例.观察评定效果,组间对比.结果：研究组比对照组治疗有效率明显较高（P 〈0.05）,有显著差异.结论：低分子肝素药理作用强,临床应用效果佳,对不稳定性心绞痛、深静脉血栓、溃疡性结肠炎、糖尿病肾病等疗效确切,可推广.

Objective:To study pharmaceutical action and clinical application effect of low molecular weight heparin.Methods:Select 150 cases of patients with unstable angina,deep venous thrombosis,ulcerative colitis or diabetic nephropathy received by a hospital during the period from April 2014 to April 2015 as subjects.Divide them into two groups in accordance with clinical treatment,either of the group included 75 patients.The control group was given conventional treatment while the study group was given low molecular weight heparin treatment.The effect of treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The effect of treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin has strong pharmaceutical action and clinical application effect on unstable angina,deep venous thrombosis,ulcerative colitis and diabetic nephropathy and is worth to be promoted.
