二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的效果和安全性

The Effect and Safety of Treating Community Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Metformin

目的：研究二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性.方法：抽选2014年1月-12月某社区接诊的老年2型糖尿病患者100例,随机数字表法分将其为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）,观察组在给予二甲双胍口服治疗,对照组给予瑞格列奈口服治疗,用药2个月后观察两组患者GLU、TG、TC三项指标治疗前后变化情况,比较其不良反应发生率.结果：观察组治疗后GLU（6.2±1.6）mmol/L、TG（3.0±0.9）mmol/L、TC（5.2±0.9）mmol/L较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;对照组治疗后GLU（7.1±1.8）mmol/L、TG（3.1±1.0）mmol/L与观察组比较差异显著,有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率18.0%与对照组38.0%比较差异显著,有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病疗效显著,且具有较高安全性,值得推广.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of metformin treatment for type 2diabetes mellitus community elderly patients.Methods:Select 100 cases of elderly patients with type 2diabetes received by a community hospital from January 2014 to December 2014.The random number table method was used to divide them into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50),the observation group was given metformin oral treatment,and the control group was given repaglinide oral treatment.Observe the changes before and after treatment of the three indicators of GLU,TG and TC of the two groups 2 months after the oral treatment and compare the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:As to observation group,after treatment,GLU(6.2±1.6)mmol/L、TG(3.0±0.9)mmol/L、TC(5.2±0.9)mmol/L were decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);As to control group,after treatment,GLU(7.1±1.8)mmol/L,TG(3.1±1.0)mmol/L,the differences were statistically significant compared with observation group(P<0.05);the difference of incidence of adverse reactions is statistically significant between observation group(18.0%)and control group(38.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin has obvious therapeutic effect on type 2diabetes mellitus community elderly patients and has high security,which is worth promoting.
