循证护理用于心力衰竭患者的研究进展

The Research Progress of Application of Evidence-based Nursing Care to Heart Failure Patients

目的：研究循证护理作用于心力衰竭患者所收到的疗效.方法：通过对2012-2014年在某院接受治疗的120例心力衰竭的患者进行研究分析.将这120名患者随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组,每组各60名患者,治疗组予以循证护理;对照组进行常规的护理.结果：治疗组收到疗效的有57人,有效率95%,对照组收到疗效的有45人,有效率为75%,两组之间具有明显的差异性,具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：循证护理作用于心力衰竭的患者可以收到很好的临床治疗效,在临床治疗中值得广泛的运用.

Objective:To study the efficacy of evidence-based nursing care to heart failure patients.Methods:Select 120 cases of heart failure patients received by a hospital during the period from 2012 to 2014as subjects.Divide them randomly into two groups,the treatment group and control group,either of them includes 60 patients.The treatment group was given evidence-based nursing care while the control group was given conventional nursing care.Results:57patients in treatment group received effective nursing care and the effective rate was 95%.45 patients in control group received effective nursing care and the effective rate was75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidencebased nursing care has significant clinical effect on heart failure patients and is worth to be widely promoted.
