上海养老服务经历了从家庭养老和五保供养为主到家庭与社会养老相结合的转变。近10多年来,上海在社区居家养老服务方面进行了许多有益的探索。上海养老服务在理念和实务方面,目前处于国内比较领先的地位。但与实际需求相比,上海养老服务依然面临供给总量不足、结构不平衡,专业化、标准化、体系化的服务亟待加强。

Shanghai pension service experience from the transformation of the family pension and guarantees to family pension and social combination.In recent 10 years,we have carried out a number of useful exploration in the community home care services of Shanghai.In concept and practice,Shanghai pension service is currently in the domestic leading position.But compared with the actual demand,Shanghai pension services are still faced with the problem of inadequate supplying and imbalanced in structure,specialized,standardized and systematic service needs to be strengthened urgently.
