China's infrastructure and public utilities financing innovation,construction and operational efficiency and quality of service,all still have a large space for improvement,practical exploration is still a long way,it needs the government,the enterprise,the academic research and so on all together,to joint research and explore the future development of China's PPP model and franchising,to further improve the efficiency and quality of public goods and public services such as infrastructure and utilities.
