Shanghai needs to implement the policy of the integration development of urban and rural areas,to overall plan for the integration of urban and rural development, to promote the construction of new urbanization,to implement the reform of rural areas actively and steadily,to focus on solving the problem of sustainable development of pure agricultural areas and weak areas of the economy,in order to promote the integration of urban and rural development in Shanghai to a new level. Specific recommendations include:optimize the promotion of ideas,strengthen cohesion and coordination; focus on planning to lead,to promote the integration of multiple; adjust measures to local conditions to promote grassroots vitality; strengthen sector linkage,break the bottleneck of development; establish long- term mechanism,focus on policy optimization.
