温针灸配合硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床研究 被引量:18

Clinical Study of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Lipoid Acid Injection for Treatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

摘要 目的观察温针灸配合硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)的临床疗效。方法将60例DNB患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组均给予基础治疗(包括降糖、降压、调脂、营养神经、改善微循环等对症治疗),对照组在此基础上予硫辛酸注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用温针灸,疗程均为20 d。观察2组治疗前后日平均排尿次数、日平均单次尿量、日单次最大排尿量、B超膀胱残余尿量、血糖、糖化血红蛋白,评价临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%(28/30)和76.6%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后日排尿次数、日平均单次尿量、日单次最大排尿量、B超膀胱残余尿量均改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白均下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸配合硫辛酸注射液治疗DNB能减少膀胱残余尿量,有效改善临床症状,疗效确切。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with lipoid acid injection for treating diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB). Methods Sixty DNB patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment(including glucose, blood pressure, lipid, neurotrophic, microcirculation and other symptomatic). The control group received lipoid acid injection on the basic treatment, and observation group received warm acupuncture additionally. The treatment lasted 20 days. Clinical efficacy, The average frequency of urination, the average single urine output, the largest single-day urine output, B-residual urine volume, FBG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 c were observed to evaluate the efficacy. Results The total effective rates for observation group and control group were 93.3%(28/30) and 76.6%(23/30) respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). Daily frequency of urination, the average single urine output, the largest single-day urine output, and B-bladder hazy residual urine volume were improved in the two groups, and observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05); FBG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 c in the two groups decreased, and observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture lipoid acid injection combined with for treatment of DNB can reduce the residual urine volume, improve symptoms and reduce the frequency of urination, increased urine output single, and improve clinical outcomes, has definite efficacy.
