摘要
目的优选二花青叶抗敏洗剂提取工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以绿原酸、芍药苷含量和干膏得率为评价指标,筛选最佳提取工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸、咖啡酸和芍药苷的含量。结果正交试验所得最佳提取条件为加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺合理、可行,可用于二花青叶抗敏洗剂中药材的提取。
Objective To optimize extraction technology of Erhuaqingye Kangmin Lotion. Methods L9(34) orthogonal test was used; Yield of extract, and the contents of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin were set as evaluation indexes to screen the optimum extraction technology. The contents of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC. Results Optimum extraction technology was as follows: extracting 3 times with 8 times of water for 1 h each time. Conclusion The optimum technology is reasonable and feasible, which can be used for the extraction of Erhuaqingye Kangmin Lotion.
