非正式学习与大学新生思想政治教育创新

Informal Study and the Innovation of College Freshmen's Ideological and political Education

非正式学习是相对于正规学习或继续教育而言的,是学习者在日常工作、生活、社交等非正式学习时间和地点接受新知识的学习形式。非正式学习具有自主性、灵活性、开放性、情境性的特征。结合大学一年级特点,融入非正式学习的概念,从创新教育观念、拓展教育空间、发展隐性教育三个方面探索大学新生思想政治教育创新思路。在工作实践的基础上,以学习内容不同提出资源型、社会互动型、个体反思型非正式学习视角下的思想政治教育创新对策。

Informal study is relative to formal study and continuing education. Self- regulated,flexible,open,andsituational,it is a form of obtaining new knowledge conducted by the learner during his routine work,everyday life,andsocial occasions,that is,in informal time and places. In consideration of freshmen's characteristics and the concept ofinformal study,this paper is attempting an innovative approach of first-year college students' ideological and politicaleducation in three aspects:innovating in the concept of education,expanding educational sphere,and developinginvisible education. On the basis of the author's practice and different content of study,the paper proposes threeinnovative approaches to ideological and political education:resource,social interaction,and individual reflection.
