Pharmacists participated in risk screening, assisted doctors on assessing the risk of thromboembolism and screening the contraindication for traumatic patients. They assisted anticoagulant therapy in the department of orthopedics. Their work was gradually accepted and affirmed by doctors, nurses and patients.
