摘要
概述了我国空间机构技术的发展历程,结合当前我国航天技术的发展需求,对后继轻质大型展开机构、高精度指向机构、智能操作机构三个发展方向的研究概况进行了分析。在此基础上,根据空间机构的复杂度和其在航天器系统中的地位变化,总结出我国空间机构单机-分系统-机械系统(平台)的发展趋势,归纳出了目前空间机构发展中"结构-机构一体化分析"、"材料-机构一体化设计"、"控制-机构一体化设计"的技术特点,提出了加强柔性机构动力学技术、大变形材料制备及应用技术、微驱动技术的研究,以配合新型空间机构技术发展的建议。
The development history of Chinese space mechanism technology was summarized in this paper. Three research hotspots such as lightweight-large deployment mechanism,high pointing accuracy position mechanism and smart operating mechanism were introduced,considering the application requirements of China space technology. According to the complexity of space mechanism and its role in spacecraft systems,the development trends of space mechanism from single devices to subsystems to mechanical systems(platform) were summarized. In the end,the technical characteristics of space mechanism development: structure-mechanism integrated simulation,material-mechanism integrated design,control-mechanism integrated design were suggested. The necessity and importance in strengthen the research on flexible structure dynamics analysis,large deformation material manufacture and forming,microdriving technique were put forward.
