摘要
针对现有火工连接分离机构设计方法过于依赖经验和试验等现状,以一种楔块式火工连接分离装置为案例,探索了一种基于仿真分析开展前期设计,通过多参量同步试验进行小子样验证的设计方法,该方法以理论设计为主、测试为辅,相比传统测试方法,具有设计可信度高、试验样品消耗量少、更清楚揭示产品性能等特点。
The design method of pyrotechnic connection separation mechanism depends heavily on experience and the test status at present. With a wedge type pyrotechnic connection and separation device as an example,a new method was studied. Preliminary design was carried out on the basis of simulation analysis and the small sample was used to verify the design by multi parameter synchronous test method. The proposed method primarily used the theoretical design and supplemented by the test. Compared with the traditional test methods,the new design method has the advantages of high reliability,less sample consumption and more clear demonstration of the performance characteristics.
