摘要
当一条油管传动线上混合运送多种规格的油管时 ,以往的探伤方法将油管分类到不同的传动线上再各自进行探伤 ,需要的辅助工序多 ,资源浪费严重。通过在一条线上串联安装不同规格的探头 ,结合红外对管的布置和控制器的设计 ,对传动线上混合的不同规格的油管首先进行识别 ,然后控制对应规格的探头工作 ,用一套信号分析处理系统实现全规格油管的高速、自动探伤 ,既降低了检测设备成本 ,又简化了探伤工艺 ,提高了检测效率。为此 ,在探伤传感器结构上 ,采用了剖分成 4个单元的探头 ,结合大游动范围的探头张合机构 ,解决了在传动线上因油管中心不等高难实现检测跟踪的问题。
A new inspecting system is introduced. With different sizes of inspecting head assembled in series on a single line, infrared centralizing device and controller, mixed different sizes of tubing on the delivering line are identified firstly, and then tested automatically at a great speed using a signal analysis and treatment system. The testing cost can be reduced, testing procedure is simplified and testing efficiency is improved. 4 inspecting sensors and opening-closing mechanism with wide running range are assembled to adjust centralizing of different size of tubing.
