重庆市农业产业化龙头企业发展对策研究

Research on the Development Countermeasure of Agriculture Industrialization Leading Enterprises in Chongqing

近几年来,重庆市坚持把培植壮大龙头企业作为推进农业化产业经营的重要措施来抓,取得了明显成效。但与先进省市相比还存在较大差距,主要表现在企业规模小、实力弱;农产品深加工项目少,外向型程度低;名牌产品少,产品开发能力差;企业经营机制不活,管理水平不高;龙头企业与基地和农民的利益联结不够紧密等问题。如何做大做强农业产业化龙头企业是重庆市当前和今后一段时期农村工作的重中之重。笔者从招商引资、市场开拓、农产品深加工、打造名牌产品、企业经营机制和管理创新、利益联结机制创新等发展对策方面作了探讨。

It is always important measure to build up and strengthen leading enterprises as pushing the agriculture industrialization management, and has gained the clear effect in recent years. But it is a big gap between the advanced provinces and Chongqing city. The problems mainly show that the enterprise scale is small and the strength is weak; the projects of agricultural product processing are few, export-oriented degree is low; the famous products are few , development ability of product is bad; the operating mechanism of enterprises is not active, the level of management is not high; the benefit joins is not close together among the leading enterprises, the base and peasants. What is the most important rural work at present and in the future? That is how to enlarge and strengthen leading enterprises of agriculture industrialization in Chongqing. The author has made the discussion about development countermeasure from inviting investment, market development, agricultural products intensive processing, the making famous products, enterprises operating mechanism and management innovation, benefit joint mechanism innovation and so on.
