高职院校辅导员工作初探

Study on the Work of Coach in the Colleges & Universities

随着经济社会的不断进步和发展、高等教育体制改革的不断深化,大学生思想政治工作面临着新的挑战。辅导员是高校思想政治工作的主要力量,是关系到大学生在成才的同时能否成人的关键。为此,笔者根据自己在辅导员工作中的实践,认为以优质服务与人性管理、思想政治辅导与心理咨询辅导、民主与自由相结合的辅导方式,是做好辅导员工作的有效形式。

Ideological and political works of college students face the new challenge with continuing advances and rising of economics society, higher education reform has been deepened. The coach is the main strength of college’s ideological and political work, and is the key whether college students could grow up and be a talent. For this reason, according to the practice work, author thinks that an effective way of doing coach work well is combining with good service and the management of human nature, ideology and politics coached with psychological consultation, democracy and freedom.
