社会主义新农村建设是一种载体,其根本目的是发展农村经济,解决"三农"问题。实现的策略是教育农民。面对农村成人教育的机遇和挑战,农村教育的当务之急是成人教育,特别应重视青壮年农民的素质教育,应该高度重视农民的政治、道德、科技、经济、文化素养全面提高的素质教育。因此,必须以科学发展观为指导,采取多种有效措施促进农村成人教育的健康有序发展。

Socialist new countryside construction is a kind of carrier,its purpose is to develop the rural economy and solve agriculture,rural areas and farmers’ issue. The strategy is to educate farmers. Adult education in rural areas face the opportunities and challenges,rural education is the most urgent task of adult education,especially young and middle-aged farmers should pay attention to the quality of education,should pay great attention to political,ethical,technological,economic,culture of peasants comprehensively. Therefore,we must use the scientific development concept as a guide,take various effective measures to promote the development of adult education in rural areas healthily and orderly.
