Industrialization,urbanization must rely on the strong non-public economic development. Non-public economy is the new force to promote industrialization and urbanization,is the primary way to solve the employment and construction of insufficient funds. The development of non-public economy vigorously is an important measure to achieve co-ordinate development of urban and rural areas of Chongqing municipality.
