试论新形势下高职学生思想政治教育的创新

Innovation of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Students under the New Situation

随着我国高等职业教育的迅速发展,以及我国社会的变革,市场经济体制的不断完善,经济全球化、信息网络化,世界各种思想的冲击,对学生影响日益加深,又由于高职学生和高职教育的特殊性,使高职学生思想政治教育面临严峻的挑战。高职学生思想政治教育必须以人为本,结合学生实际和高职教育特点,把握时代脉搏,提高教育者的素质,不断创新方法和途径,加强心理教育和职业道德教育,才能培养出真正德才兼备的高素质技能型应用人才,满足社会发展的需要。

Because of the special nature of higher vocational education and higher vocational students,the ideological and political education face severe challenges.It must be people-oriented,combine higher vocational education and the actual characteristics,and grasp the pulse of the times,enhance the quality of educators,innovative ways and means to strengthen psychological education and professional ethics education in order to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel to meet the needs of social development.
