摘要
职业倦怠是一种由工作引发的心理枯竭现象。教师由于其职业的特殊性,承受着来自社会意识、学校管理及自身因素等方方面面的压力,这些压力会直接或间接地影响着教师群体的心理健康,导致职业倦怠的发生。预防教师职业倦怠,需要从优化社会心理环境、引入人性化的学校管理机制、教师的自我调试等方面解决。
Job burnout is a phenomenon arising from regular work.Due to the speciality of teaching,the teacher bears the pressures from social consciousness,school management,teacher's self-factor.These pressures affect the mental health directly or indirectly,leading to job burnout.The prevention of teacher's job burnout acquires optimizing psycho-social environment,introducing a humanistic mechanism of school management and the teacher's self-regulating.
