高等职业教育不仅让学生获得知识,更重要的是使毕业生获得社会的认识,实现就业。本文针对高职学生在择业过程中的种种现象进行了剖析,提出了高职毕业生应当调整就业心态、转变就业观念,提高择业能力及提高就业成功率的途径。
