Consumer Demand and Economic Growth under the Financial Crisis

在金融危机背景下,扩大国内消费需求对确保经济增长发挥着重要的作用。投资和消费是促进国民经济增长的两大要素,长期以来,消费需求不足已严重制约着国民经济的发展。最终消费对投资需求的持续增长和国民经济的稳定发展起着决定性作用。经济增长不能过度依赖投资的增长,应适当提高消费率。政府应适当增加低收入者和农民的收入,建立社会保障制度,通过增加消费需求来促进经济增长,以实现国民经济的可持续发展。

It plays an important role that we expand domestic consumer demand to ensure economic growth under the financial crisis. Investment and consumption are very important factors in promoting national economic growth. consumption have been limiting national economic development for a long time. Economic growth can not depend on investment growth too much, consumption rate should be raised properly. Government should increase low-income group’s and farmers’ income, and establish social security system,raising consumer demand to promote economics increase,in order to realized the sustainable development of national economics.
