A Review of the Researches on Commercial Agglomeration of Central Business District

商业是CBD功能的重要组成部分,而商业集聚是现代CBD发展的重要经济学特征。本文以近年来国内CBD商业集聚方面的研究文献为基础,对CBD商业集聚的内涵、形态、基本特征、集聚效应、动力机制、实证分析以及相关政策进行理论综述和简短评价,以寻求对CBD商业集聚更加深入的探讨。

Commercial function is of vital importance to a central business district (CBD) and commercial agglomeration is the most typical economic characteristic of modern CBDs. This paper reviews the researches on commercial agglomeration of CBD from its definition, patterns, basic characteristics, agglomeration effects, power-based mechanism, empirical analysis and relative policies, and gives a brief remark of the above-mentioned literatures in order to seek reasonable explanation of commercial agglomeration for further study.
