高等职业院校工学结合人才培养模式思考

A Study on the Model of Talents Training with Work-study in Higher Vocational Colleges

工学结合人才培养模式,是职业教育课程建设所采用的最佳模式之一,是新形势下职业教育教学改革的重要课题,它有利于提高学生的职业综合素质,有利于提高职业人才对社会经济需求的适应能力。大力推进工学结合的人才培养模式,适合我国经济社会快速发展和建设和谐社会的需要,探索具有中国特色的高等职业教育发展观,已成为当前高等职业教育改革与发展的突出问题。笔者从工学结合人才培养模式的内涵、切入点、课程体系、管理体制以及应解决的一些重要关系等内容进行了探讨。

The mode with work-study is one of the best models in vocational education courses, and is also an important issue in the new situation. It will improve the overall quality of students and adapt to socio-economic needs. Vigorously promote the combination of workstudy training model, fit the rapid development of China's economic and social construction.The author are discussed some questions from the content, the starting point, the course system, management system of training mode and should address the important relationship.
