摘要
我国物业管理相关法律、法规虽然没有明确提出业主自治,但根据《物权法》、《物业管理条例》等相关法律、法规,仍然可以看出我国是在物业管理是实行业主自治管理的。本文试图从现行法律法规找到我国实行业主自治的依据及现行自治制度之不足及完善。
The related laws and regulations of property management haven't the autonomous system of owners,but you can still see that the autonomous system of owners are carried on in China,according to related laws and regulations of Property Law,Property Management Regulations.This article tries to find the existing basis of laws and regulations for our country and the inadequate of current the autonomous system of owners and its perfection
