摘要
2008年正值全球金融危机,旅游业成为国家扩大内需的主要策略之一。同时,房地产业也需要新的投资领域。本文通过对重庆市区南滨路房地产和旅游业现状的系统分析,提出了二者互动开发的建设路径。
The global financial crisis was coming in 2008,tourism became one of the main policies of expanding domestic demand. At the same time,real estate industry was stepping into the downturn. By studying the interactive mechanism between Nanbin Road real estate and tourism,this paper proves that the interactive development between real estate and tourism not only can bring new life to the real estate,but also designate a new guide for the development of real estate.
