高职院校发展面临的问题与解决策略

Issues of Higher Vocational Colleges and Their Solutions

高职教育已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分,近年来,高职教育发展迅速,学校数量快速增长,办学规模迅速扩大,办学途径不断拓宽,必将对我国经济建设起到积极的推动作用,但在发展过程中仍然存在着诸如规模、质量、特色、投入机制、师资建设等方面的问题,只有解决好这些问题,才能促使高职院校持续、健康、快速发展,本文就这些问题谈一谈笔者的认识与思考。

Higher education has become an important part of higher education. There are still many issues in the process of development of higher education,such as size,quality,features,input mechanism,teachers construction and so on. Only these issues are resolved well ,can enhance vocational institutions sustained,healthy and rapid development. The author talks about these issues in this paper.
