摘要
我国房地产经济管理过程中存在的问题主要有:目标模糊不清,政策缺乏连续稳定性;机制不完善,管理流于形式;相关法律法规体系的不健全;应采取如下对策:制定长期发展规划,指导短期实践;建立健全管理机制,保障管理工作切实落实到位;完善相关法律法规体系。
China’s real estate exist some problems in the process of economic management, such as vague objectives, lack of continuous stability; mechanism is not perfect, managing a mere formality; relevant laws and regulations is not complete, and etc. We should develop the long-term plan to guide shortterm practice; establish and improve the management mechanism to ensure the effective management in place; improve relevant laws and regulations.
