摘要
当前,高校大学生的思想政治教育管理工作责任重、任务多、压力大。高校选聘学生助理辅导员作为学生思想政治教育和管理工作的有益补充,在高校学生教育管理中发挥着重要作用,探讨高校学生助理辅导员的培养及选拔,发挥高校学生助理辅导员的作用,有助于促进高校学生的教育管理工作。
This paper has discussed the training and selection of student assistant counselors.Let students play the role of assistant counselors,and promote the education management in colleges.
