新加坡南洋理工学院吸收德国"二元制"教育理念,创立"教学工厂"模式,在总结"教学工厂"教学模式有益经验的基础上,结合我国高职院校的教学实际,提出我国高职教育可从师资队伍培训、实训基地建设、课程体系改革,校企合作等方面借鉴"教学工厂"理念,提高工学结合水平。

Nanyang polytechnic in Singapore absorbed educational philosophy of German'dual system',they created 'teaching factory'mode. based on summing up the useful experience of 'teaching factory' teaching model and combin with the practical teaching of vocational colleges in china,a view of referring to the teaching factory concept from the teaching staff training,training base construction,curriculum reform and school-enterprise cooperation is proposed. The level of work and study is improved.
