摘要
通过问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法,对教学过程最优化理论在高校公共体育健美操课教学进行实验研究。实验证明,该理论对于学生掌握健美操的技能、促进学生运动参与、增强身体健康、心理健康和提高学生的社会适应能力具有良好的效果,值得体育教学借鉴和参考。
By questionnaire, experiment, mathematica statistics, optimization of the teaching process in university teaching of public sports aerobics experimental research. Experiments show that the theory of Calisthenics for students to master the skills to promote student sports participation, enhance the physical health, mental health and improve their social adaptability with good results, it is reference for physical education.
