建设创新型国家的核心是增强自主创新能力,关键在人才,人才培养靠教育。高职院校担负着培养创新人才的职责,如何培养出更多的创新人才,需要持之以恒,名师引导,实践锻炼,营造文化氛围,塑造高尚人格。

The core of building an innovative nation is to enhance the independent innovation capability,the key is personnel,personnel training is depend on education. Higher vocational colleges have the responsibility to train more creative talents,and how to train the innovative personnel,we need perseverance, teacher guide,practice and training,create a cultural atmosphere,create a noble character and so on.
