本文对涪陵区过去五年来在科学发展观的指导下实现经济社会的高速发展进行高度概括,提炼出"涪陵速度",并系统地梳理"涪陵速度"的表现,继而结合科学发展观的深刻内涵,深入剖析了"涪陵速度"产生的原因,从而指出某个地区建设实现又好又快发展的有效路径,进而进一步深化对科学发展观的认识,推动地区经济社会科学发展。

This article has generalized the fast development of Fuling at the past five years,which it is under the guide of the scientific development,refine Fuling Speed,show the expression of Fuling Speed,and analyze the reason of 'Fuling Speed.Therefore,point out a development way with good and fast in some area,further deepen the understanding of the scientific development,promote the social economy development in a scientific way.
