摘要
涪陵区正处于城镇化转型的发展阶段,应当按照"转型发展、做特做优"的总要求,遵循以人为本、传承文脉、统筹城乡、产城互动等原则,围绕科学发展主题和加快转变发展方式主线,以提高城镇综合承载力、集聚力和辐射力为核心,以加快产业、人口和功能集聚为重点,努力走出一条符合涪陵区实际的新型城镇化道路。
It is the development stage of urbanization transformation of Fuling district,we should follow the general requirements to step a new urbanization road of Fuling district. That is transformation and development,makes the superior. Such as these principles: the people-oriented,inheriting culture,urban and rural,the city in interactive and so on.
