GM will contribute one million Rmb to Delphi Automotive Systems Technology Institute, a cooperative project between GM and Tsinghua University. The institute was set to train technicians for China’s auto industry and conduct researchonvehicledesign, powersystems, engineering, management technology and safety technology.
