From Nov. 6-9 2001, SAE-China hosted the 11th International Pacific Region Automotive Engineering meeting (IPC-11) in Shanghai, China. All together 300 representatives (of which 110 from abroad and 210 from home) of auto circles of a dozen countries attended the seminar.
