On June 12, 2003, Anji TNT Vehicle Logistics Co. Ltd. was jointly established in Shanghai by SAISC, a subsidiary company under SAIC and Holland-based TNT. The company is the biggest joint venture in logistics and auto services, also the first vehicle logistics joint venture in China, since China’s WTO entry.
