摘要
对传统炼胶技术(炼胶1.0系统)、3代低温一次法炼胶技术(炼胶2.0、3.0、4.0系统)以及串联式密炼机组炼胶技术进行了介绍,重点阐述了低温炼胶技术的机理、优势、发展、装备构成及建设中的注意事项,有助于行业人员系统地了解低温一次法炼胶技术,从而加快该技术的推广,将炼胶技术的研发提升推向深入,为轮胎行业发展跃上新的台阶奠定坚实的基础。
The traditional rubber mixing technology（system 1.0）, 3G one stage rubber mixing technology at low temperature（system 2.0, 3.0, 4.0） and mixing technology of tandem type mixing group are introduced.and emphases on the mechanism of rubber mixing technology at low temperature, advantage and development, equipment composition and attentions in construction. It helps the industry understanding low temperature rubber mixing technology more,thust accelerated it promotion, deepen the research and development,and lay a foundation for a new level for tire industry development.
